Cecilia & Steve’s Wedding at The Huntsman Inn

If you are looking for a wedding venue in Bath that feels relaxed, beautiful and easy to flow through, The Huntsman is such a great option. Cecilia and Steve’s wedding is a perfect example of how well a day can come together here.

The ceremony took place upstairs in a bright, elegant room filled with natural light. It is one of those spaces that feels instantly calm and welcoming, and having a bar at the end of the room is always a win for guests. It worked perfectly for an intimate ceremony and created a really lovely atmosphere for their vows.

Light, Space, and Celebration

After the ceremony, guests headed downstairs for drinks while the team turned the ceremony room around for the wedding breakfast. The downstairs space has so much character and is ideal for that in between part of the day where everyone can relax and chat.

The "Confetti Shot":

One of the biggest advantages of The Huntsman as a Bath wedding venue is its location. You can step straight outside into the city, which is exactly what we did for group photos and couple portraits. Bath always delivers when it comes to backdrops and it gave us some really natural, joyful moments with Cecilia and Steve and their guests.

The Perfect Backdrop for Portraits

When everyone headed back upstairs, the room had been completely transformed into a warm and inviting dining space. The food was amazing and the atmosphere felt really relaxed, with lots of laughter and conversation throughout the meal.

As the evening went on, the space changed again into a dance floor with a DJ, ready for the evening party. It is always great to see a venue transition so smoothly without guests needing to travel anywhere else.

A Feast to Remember

As evening fell, the main hall was transformed into a banquet space. With plenty of space to eat and a layout that keeps everyone feeling connected, it’s a fantastic spot for a wedding breakfast. The twinkling fairy lights against the dark stage backdrop created a cozy, celebratory mood that lasted well into the night.

Sophie and Seb’s wedding was a beautiful blend of Bristol’s historic soul and modern elegance. We feel so lucky to have captured these moments in such a versatile and "stunning" venue!
